At Victor Enterprises, their motto is, “Go Big or Go Home...” with large boring mills and VTL's on their shop floor to machine large components. Recently, however, they identified a need for faster, more versatile machine tools to produce some of the smaller parts that go into the large components they manufacture. They also identified a need for 5-axis technology to bring in more aerospace and defense work. This led to the addition of an EC-500 50-taper horizontal with twin pallets and a UMC-1000SS 5-axis with all the bells and whistles.
