She also walks through the yearly structure of the residency program, while explaining Montefiore’s belief that mentorship, autonomy in decision making, and real-world experience creates well-rounded physicians who are incredibly prepared for a successful career.
This video was created as part of a series in which current residents openly share their experiences in the Moses-Weiler Internal Medicine Residency Program at Montefiore Einstein.. The goal of the series is for prospective residents who could not visit campus during the COVID-19 pandemic to get a true sense of whether or not the program is a good fit in terms of academics, structure, and mission.
