Welcome to this 6‑minute posture‑focused daily stretching routine to fix your posture and help you heal your diastasis recti.
Many people work hard on core exercises — which is great — but diastasis recti often has a deeper root cause: poor posture and weak supporting muscles. When posture is out of alignment, the core can’t function properly, and healing becomes much harder. That’s why today we’re focusing on opening the body, realigning the spine, and gently activating the muscles that support your core so your can fix your posture and heal your diastasis recti.
Throughout this routine, we’ll:
Open the shoulders
Expand the chest
Mobilize the spine
Strengthen the back and deep core
Improve flexibility and daily mobility
Take a deep breath, settle into your space, and follow along with me for these quick 6 minutes.
