Hey guys, sorry for the late post this week, I had trouble uploading the video but finally it worked!! So today's workout is INTENSE!! I think it my most intense one yet, I had to take many breaks but after completing it, omg it felt amazing! It's a FULL BODY BURN a great workout to burn calories during and after this workout! Always always be carful with your body, take breaks when needed I know I did!
TIP: Try keep your breathing controlled, take longer breaks if needed so you can go all in on the rounds!
💪 WORKOUT: 55 min 5 rounds (50 sec on 15 sec rest) 50 sec rest between rounds. 50 different workout moves no repeat! Warm up included!
