I had a bad experience getting from Mumbai to Pune. I documented that bad experience, I posted that bad experience, and I received some backlash for my handling of that bad experience. I've responded to said backlash, have decided to live and learn, and have put that bad experience in the past.

As such, I hoped to have a better experience getting from Pune to Hyderabad. Fortunately I did, as the gentlemen who sold me the ticket were very nice and helpful, as was my new friend Akil, who is from Hyderabad and was willing to let me tag along with him so I could avoid getting on the wrong bus or experiencing some other similar mishap. It was my first time on a bus with bed mates, so I also made friends with Ali, who I shared my sleeping quarters with for the twelve hour trip. By comparison (and in general) this was a very lovely bus trip.
India and Indian people are the best! :)
