This exquisite Lincoln captures America's optimism of the mid-1950s and the rise of the middle and even the professional classes of doctors, lawyers, and businessmen looking for a stylish and luxurious car. Lincoln capitalized on these times to produce their Premiere models. This example painted in rare Island Coral was purchased new in Kansas and stayed with its original owner until 2002. Having undergone a major body off restoration, it has Lincoln's 368 cubic-inch V8 making 290 horsepower and an automatic transmission. Other features on this car include factory spotlights and a Continental kit. The interior was also restored and captures the styling essence that made Lincoln an upscale American brand during this era.
