Our new barn build includes a father-in-law’s apartment that sits directly across from our master bathroom window — so we installed an inexpensive frosted window cling from Temu to add privacy without blocking light. In this video I show the before, the simple installation steps, tips for a bubble-free finish, and the final look.

What I used:

Frosted/privacy window cling (from Temu) — lightweight, adhesive static cling
Microfiber cloth, spray bottle with soapy water, squeegee/credit card, utility knife
Tips:

Clean glass thoroughly and let it dry
Apply with a light soapy spray to reposition and avoid bubbles
Use a squeegee from center outward for best results
Trim excess with a sharp blade for clean edges
