Hi! I am Neha and welcome to my #weightlossjourney.
I am an Aquarius who is fighting the biggest challenge of her life- her weight. I started at almost a 100 kgs and I am now working to lose as much as possible with natural means and a lot of hard work.
In this journey, I aim to learn a lot more about healthy living and aim to share it will you. Everything I am doing myself will be available on this channel and I will always be providing daily updates + all the important things you need to know about healthy living.
I will also include long videos about things I have learned.
My goal is to be fit enough to trek to all temples I want without falling sick. I want to weigh less, reduce fat and improve my stats for a longer and healthier life.
