In this video, I am giving ideas on how to shape your booty. I am using a mix of exercises from Pilates and from training incorporating the yoga blocks and the elastic. These props are giving extra challenge for the workout, but in case if you are not having all these you are still going to be able to execute the exercises but you will have the perception that they are easier.
