07.10.2022 - I was craving for Those Steamed Rice Cakes I use to buy after school in Hawaii at the Manapua Truck or Mom/Pop shops around the corner . Eating this was so nostalgic. Living in California, they are not hard to find. But I have more appreciation when I have the chance to learn how to make them. So grateful to those who make them especially when I get to eat it with eagerness. LOVE IT! I tweaked mine a little and used Walley Cooks Everything as a reference. But I had fun making it.
INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 cup Rice Flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp instant yeast
2 TBS water (105 deg to 110 deg)
100ml water mixed to flour
200 ml water to boil with sugar
1 tsp cooking oil
