About David J Schmidt:
David J. Schmidt is an author, multilingual translator, podcaster, professional storyteller, and homebrewer. He has traveled to 35 countries, speaks fifteen languages—including three indigenous languages, ancient Anglo-Saxon, modern Mongolian, and Esperanto—and splits his time between Mexico City and San Diego, California. He has published fifteen books in English and Spanish, including local folklore collections (The Haunted Temecula Valley, The Proctor Valley Monster), non-fiction horror (Three Nights in the Clown Motel), and Spanish-language works such as Tunguska: luces en el cielo de Siberia and Más frío que la nieve: cuentos sobrenaturales de Rusia.
