Описание:
This restoration project in Southwest Montana constructed 4000 feet of new stream channel away from a highly erosive terrace, eliminating 800 tons of sediment from a stream system. This work undoes damages done from mining practices dating back to the 1880's, created 7 acres of new wetlands and establishes prime habitat for native fish and the recovery of rare pearlshell mussels.
