2 pounds Chicken cut up
2 carrots
1 stalk Leek
6 Radishes
2 turnip
1 large piece Pumpkin
6 Okras
1 Chayote Squash (Cho Cho)
herbs of your choice
1 tspn Green Seasoning
1/2 tpsn Seasoned Salt
