Chicken Soup Recipe:

Ingredients:

1/2 lb mixed chicken parts (bone-in)
2 cups diced Kabocha pumpkin or squash
1 carrot, sliced up
1 turnip, sliced up
1 chayote (chocho), cubed
2 potatoes, cubed
2 corn, chopped up
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
2 stalks of scallions, chopped
3 cloves of garlic
1 fresh thyme
2 pumpkin soup mix
1-2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 fresh hot pepper
6-8 pimento seeds
1 tbsp all-purpose seasoning
Add salt and pepper to taste


Dumplings Ingredients

1 1/2 cup of flour
2 tsp fine-grain cornmeal
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup water (To mix dough)
*Mix ingredients together until
the dough is formed and a little stiff

*Add a pot to the stove with water
at medium heat to start!

*Soup recipe serving for 10 people
