Soft, fluffy, and melt in your mouth marshmallow is love by people of all ages! It's simple and easy to make with help of cute silicon mold.
Baking Tips:
have to butter your mold with soft butter and place in fridge before use
do not over whisk your marshmallow, or else will be very difficult to pipe into shape
need to work fast and only make a small batch one at a time, to prevent marshmallow harden before you get to it
蓬鬆,Q軟,入口即化的棉花糖是能吸引大人和小孩的甜蜜點心。製作程序簡單,還可以用矽膠模做出可愛的造型。
烘焙筆記:
一定要用軟化的奶油刷在矽膠模內!不然會無法脫模。模具放在冰箱內備用
不要過度打發棉花糖,保持半液態的狀態,才能夠有時間調色以及擠造型
少量製作,避免灌模過程中棉花糖凝固,導致無法繼續擠進模具內。

12 gelatin powder (if use 160 bloom or gelatin sheets, please use 15g of gelatin : 90g water)
72 cold water
50 glucose
《Hot Syrup》116°C for syrup
50 sugar
60 glucose
40 water
some butter
some corn starch

12 金級吉利丁粉 (若用銀級請加15公克的吉利丁:90公克的水)
72 冷水
50 葡萄糖漿
《熱糖漿》煮至116度
50 糖
60 葡萄糖漿
40 水
適量 奶油
適量 玉米粉
