Week 2
In the first episode I announced a pretty ridiculous goal: try to climb V17 someday, starting from my current level around V7.
Before I start changing how I train, I wanted to see exactly where I’m starting. In this episode I’m doing a full baseline test: finger strength, pulling strength, core tension, and a real climbing session to see how it all translates on the wall.
The goal isn’t to impress anyone—it’s to get an honest snapshot of where I am right now so I can measure progress over time.
Some of these numbers were better than I expected… and some were a pretty clear reality check.
This is the start of documenting the long process of getting stronger, climbing outside more, and seeing how far I can actually take this.
