ANC NEC member Joel Netshitenzhe says monopoly capital is a global one but in the context of South Africa, it's mainly white dominated. Netshitenzhe was addressing the media on the outcomes of the commission discussions at the 5th ANC National Policy Conference in Johannesburg. He also lashed out at what he calls white monopoly companies for failing to work with the broader society in support of a developmental state.
