This video is a showcase of historical flags of all countries (inc. partly recognised ones), used by the regimes of their corresponding greatest extents by land mass. There will be controversies for some cases, see the pinned comment for details:
As historical flags are not totally replicated or documented, there will be inaccuracies. I've also used modified flags for regimes that had not yet created a flag.
