Banded Anterior Hip Distraction:
1) Loop a resistance band around a pole in front of you, placing one foot in the loop at the bottom.
2) Get in to a lunge position facing the pole, with the banded hip behind you. You can rest the back knee on the ground.
3) Slowly move your knee over the foot. Remember to keep your knee in line with the foot, hips square on (no rotation), maintaining a tuck under of the hips and heel on the ground.
4) Repeat this pulsing movement 10-15 times forwards and back. Also perform 10-15 side to side pulses, before swapping to the other side.
