Meet the Medical Publishers

Описание: Note this is a video recording of an online meeting conducted using the Zoom.us platform. Inevitably such recordings suffer a little in terms of their production values because of the internet connectivity and quality of webcams. Despite that, they allow us to provide additional valuable insights in to the MedComms business and we can involve a wider range of speakers who can participate from the comfort of their own desks, wherever in the world they are.

This is a valuable opportunity to hear directly from the publishers about their journals, their unique working practices and their plans for the coming year. A lively panel discusses current developments and future trends in publishing. On our panel we have Caroline Halford (Digital Publishing Manager at Springer Healthcare), Hamish McDougall (Business Development Manager, SAGE Publishing), Jonathan Patience (Commissioning Team Manager, Taylor and Francis) and Joanne Walker (Managing Director PharmaPlatforms, part of Future Science Group). And we answer questions from the audience.
