In this video, we focus on a deflection and counter technique seen in Tai Chi Sword forms and commonly called 'Cartwheel Sword.' We will first identify the mechanics of the technique, intercepting our opponent's attack, then preparing for the counter, and then finally the tapping counter. We will then tie it all together with footwork and stances from the form.
