This yoga class can be for anyone wanting a vinyasa based class to strengthen and improve flexibility, but it is specifically designed for athletes or people with an active lifestyle. If you play a lot of sports, work out, dance, or move you body, then this class is perfect for you.
Using breath to push through a couple strengthening poses, you will work your arms, core, glutes, and legs as well as many poses that can increase flexibility in the hips and legs - a particularly tight area for most athletes.
