Workout Routine:
Warm-up: 10 mins
Sapaate: 3 sets x 15 reps
Push-ups: 3 sets x 15 reps
Biceps: 3 sets x 16 reps
Shoulders: 3 sets x 14 reps
Squats: 3 sets x 20 reps
