I should of been on a rest day during my Pennineway journey, unfortunately a slip put a stop top that 6 days ago.
preparation and planning are only good for one thing !
The fire !
A steady walk up to Ingleborough was the order of the day and a way of gently easing my knee back into it.......
Hopefully im on the mend now and will be looking forward to more adventures in the coming weeks.
