Hello everybody, my name is Matt Leighton and today we are looking at Turnberry Tower in Rosslyn. Turnberry Tower is located at 1881 North Nash Street. It is right at the corner of Nash, Key Blvd and Ft Myer Drive in the middle of Rosslyn. The Metro is just one block away.

Turnberry Tower is an imposing building along the Rosslyn skyline. It’s the blue building, or the Ritz Carlton of condos, or whatever you want to call it: It is an impressive community in a great location.

The developer, Turnberry LTD, really wanted to make a statement. They have done projects all over the globe everywhere from the Bahamas, to Florida, and even out to Las Vegas. In Las Vegas those buildings include Turberry Place, Turnberry Towers, and The Residences at MGM Grand.
I personally haven’t been to any of those yet. My game plan when I go to Vegas is to stay at a hotel one tier lower than the top. Then take the dollar amount difference and go down to the tables and spend it so I can see more flops. I’ve got a system that works out for me, I’m not going to tell you my system, you’re going have to find your own system for Vegas.

But going back to the developer, it’s really cool to see that they are involved in developing massive luxury projects in other large market communities.

The amenities at Turnberry Towers are simply sensational. Turnberry features valet parking, 24 hour concierge, a staffed fitness center, an indoor pool, a social room, and a theatre room.

The layouts at Turnberry are one-of-a-kind. They feature huge rooms, lavish kitchens with state of the art appliances, floor to ceiling glass, and large outdoor terraces. There are 12 floor plans to choose from, each offering slight differences. Floor plans range from one bedrooms around 1300 square feet up to a three bedroom, 5 and a half bath suite known as the Deluxe Tower that totals over 5300 square feet.
