We need:
17 cm chiffon mold
eggs 4
sugar for egg yolk 50+ for egg whites 23
hot water 48g
sesame paste 10g
( dissolve hot 48g hot water to sesame paste)
Sesame powder 10 g
Black cocoa powder 10g
Flour 60g
pre heat oven at 170C = 30~35 mins
卵 4
砂糖 (卵黄 50g + 卵白 23g)
お湯 48g
セサミぺスト 10g ( お湯 で (48g) 溶かす)
セサミパウダー10g
ココアブラックパウダー10g
薄力粉 60g
米津170°C. 30~35 分
