PRE NATAL TOTAL BODY OVERALL STRENGTH YOGA FLOW :: This is a yoga flow for overall strength and conditioning for those of you who are pregnant and are an intermediate yoga practitioner. This is NOT a flow for a pregnant beginner yoga mamma.
Please listen to your body.
This might be a perfect practice for you, but please recognise if it's not. There is nothing wrong with you, or with the practice.
This is not going to be for every pregnant body.
I would love to hear from you how the practice feels on your body either way.
The yoga mamma in this video is my student Anjali. She is 27 weeks pregnant in this video and has had a consistent and strong yoga practice for over 3 years. Anjali takes my group yoga classes on a regular basis so I know her practice very well. This felt good on Anjali’s body.
This routine was filmed in 2017. Anjali had a beautiful baby boy.
