ウダイプルの街中で、
サハジヨガを実践しているある家族に出逢いました

ひとり旅も中盤、体調を崩して病み上がりで少し心細かったわたしを家族のように温かく迎え入れてくれました

はじめから彼らの内側になにか揺らがない静けさを感じていました

後々、毎日欠かさないサハジヨガの瞑想を実践していることを知り、わたしも体験させてもらったことは特別な体験でした

彼らが教えてくれたこと

「もしも、食べ物も、知識も、お金も充分にあるのなら、
それを必要としている人と分かち合うこと。」

握りしめるのではなく、
手渡していくこと

内側が満ちるとき、
人は自然と、与える存在になっていくのだと
彼らのあり方からそう学びました。🌱

Joy is collective♾️

Joy and happiness grow
when they are shared.

In the streets of Udaipur,
I met a family who practice Sahaja Yoga.

In the middle of my solo journey,
I had just recovered from being unwell and was feeling a little vulnerable.
They welcomed me with a warmth that felt just like home.

From the very beginning,
I could feel an unshakable stillness within them.

Later, I learned that they practice Sahaja Yoga meditation every single day,
and having the chance to experience it with them
became a truly special moment for me.

What they taught me was this:

“If you have enough food, knowledge, or money,
share it with those who need it.”

Not holding on tightly,
but letting it pass through your hands.

When the inside becomes full,
we naturally become someone who gives.

This is what I learned from the way they live.
