¼ Cup Soy Sauce
¼ Cup Sugar
¼ Cup Vinegar
½ Cup Water
Binagoongang Kangkong
1 Bunch Water Spinach, blanched
Season with Salt
¼ Cup Water
¼ Cup Cooked Bagoong
