Hybrid Everyday 057 | Another Saturday Hero WOD
It’s Saturday, which means Hero WOD time. Today, we tackled the CAP Memorial Hero WOD, and this one was all about burpees.
🔹 The Workout (With a 20lb Vest)
✅ 750m Row → 25 Burpees
✅ 500m Row → 50 Burpees
✅ 250m Row → 75 Burpees
This one was a grind—not just physically, but mentally. Repetitive movements + a weight vest = pure mental battle.
🔹 Why Burpees? (Besides them being the worst)
💪 Full-body strength – Chest, shoulders, arms, core, glutes, and legs all in one movement.
🔥 High-intensity & fat-burning – Keeps heart rate high and torches calories fast.
