It's sooo important to spend time with yourself! I don't remember a time i've just gone out to do something without a reason. Yes, friends are important, and I cherish mine to death but it's good to learn about yourself too! I'm in the process of discovering what I like and dislike, and also learning that I can have fun by myself too! I don't need to rely so heavily on others in order to have the experiences I want in life.
Go on an adventure by yourself! Treat yourself with the kindness you deserve and follow where your heart takes you. It can be little like just a walk outside or big like discovering a new city by yourself! It can be a little anxiety inducing but the confidence boost totally outshines it!
