With the shoulder internal rotation stretch, with a stick, you want to make sure that you're standing upright as much as possible. You want to make sure that you're not leaning forward with your truck or your shoulder. Grab a light stick and what you're going to try to do, is whatever shoulder you're stretching, you're going to try to reach that hand behind your back or your side as much as possible. you want to try and bring your palm facing away from your body and grab the stick with your other hand, you are going to use your other arm to pull you into a stretch try to bring that hand behind your back. you want to make sure that when you're going to that stretch that you are going to a point of a good stretch feeling and not pain, as you get to that position, you want to make sure that you are not rounding forward with your shoulder or leaning away from the stretch. it should be at a position that is comfortable and tolerable. you want to hold that position for one minute and repeat this three times.
