LMS Black Five number 45212 (Built in 1935) took charge of the return leg of "The Yorkshireman" excursion from London Euston to York.
The risk of lineside fires was extremely high following a prolonged dry and warm spell so, in order to minimise the risk, 45212 was assisted by 47812 and 57314. Of course, this meant there was little effort required by 45212 and, consequently, no visible exhaust.
