But in the self-service era, people raise their hands in a dozen ways you're not seeing—or worse, you route them through a process they didn't ask for.
Someone looks at pricing, they want to see the numbers. Not fill out a form.
Someone asks the chatbot a question, they want an answer. Not an SDR.
Someone adds to cart, they want to buy. Not schedule a demo.
The hand raise tells you they need something. It doesn't tell you they need your sales process.
