Описание: Sit on the edge of a flat bench with your knees bent and your feet slightly in front of your knees. Knees and toes should be turned out slightly. Holding dumbbells (you can either hold one dumbbell with both hands, or one dumbbell in each hand) HINGE forward at your HIPS, keeping your back straight, chest up and arms relaxed down to the ground (the arms should remain straight and relaxed through out the movement - they should not be bending or doing much work). Once you've hit the bottom of your range (the dumbbells may touch the floor and that's okay), come back up to the seated position and repeat for the prescribed amount of reps
