Описание: Gas Grill Pizza oven digital plans. Pizza oven works with 15 inch pizza stone, size of oven is 22.5 inch wide x 16 inch deep x 3 inch high. The plans include a .DXF file for use on a CNC plasma cutter and a "E" size .PDF of the oven at 1:1 scale, in both bent up and flat pattern versions to allow manual hand cutting of the oven for people who don't have access to a CNC table.

For the hand cutting DIY'er, take the .PDF file to a local printer like Office Depot and get the "e" size print made and then use the 1:1 print as a template to mark the cut lines on the sheet metal.

The plans are suitable for sheet thickness between 3/32" to 3/16". Material can be low carbon steel or stainless steel. The plans are sent to the email of the purchaser within 1 business day of purchase.

If you build using low carbon steel. Seasoning using vegetable oil or olive oil will greatly reduce rust formation. Seasoning is achieved by wiping with the oil and then baking the oven till the oil turns golden or black. Two or three applications will make a solid coating.

I designed the oven using Solidworks. I use Sheetcam for programming the Gcode for the CNC plasma table. I am using Open Connect as the interface to the GRBL based CNC plasma table controller. The CNC plasma table is significantly modified JD's garage DIY kit. I use a Victor Cutmaster 82 for the plasma power supply.
