The Almejas a la Marinera recipe for clams is made with olive oil, onion, garlic, flour, tomato sauce, albariño wine and saffron. Although Anthony's not usually a huge fan of seafood, these clams were the best he ever had, so much so that he literally polished off the plate (with bread)!
