Recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
Grinded sugar: ½ cup
Eggs: 2 extra large at room temperature
Flour: ½ cup
Baking powder: ½ tsp
Oil: ¼ cup
milk: ⅛ cup
Vanilla essence: 1 Tsp
INSTRUCTIONS:
Use eggs that are at room temperature. If your eggs are cold, take it out ahead of baking time.
Preheat pateela or oven to 180 degrees C
Prepare and grease your baking pan with oil or butter.
In a mixing bowl, add eggs and sugar. Start beating using a stand mixer or electric hand mixer. Beat the eggs until very fluffy and pale yellow (about 5 minutes on high speed).
Use a strainer and sift flour and baking powder on the bowl with egg mixture and fold it carefully using a whisk. now add oil, milk, and vanilla and mix.
Put the batter into your greased pan.
Bake it for about 30 to 40 minutes.
Once the cake is cooked After a few minutes, take it out and run a thin knife on the round edge of pan to loosen up a bit.
Let it stand for a few more minutes to completely cool and you're ready to invert the cake pan on a wire rack or plate.
