Are you ready to learn how to make amazing falafels with a super creamy tahini sauce. We are falafel lovers. What about you? This little round beauties are packed with a lot of herbes, spices and nutrients. We call it flavour blast!!

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE

for the falafel mix and frying:

500g. chickpeas
3/4 bunch of dill
1 bunch of parsley
1 bunch of coriander
5 cloves of garlic
1 medium size roscoff onion or any sweet variety
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. ground cumin
1 tbsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. ground chilli (we recommend espelette pepper, but any other type of chilli will do it)
2 tbsp. white sesame seeds
1 tsp. baking soda
750ml. grape-seed oil (for frying)


for the tahini sauce:

70g. tahini paste
the juice of 2 lemons
1 clove of garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
150ml. water
