Hi Guys! Today, we’re heading to IMM, Singapore’s largest outlet mall, located in Jurong East. Spanning around 37,800 square meters of retail and warehouse space across five levels, IMM has been a retail landmark since its establishment in 1991. Owned by CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust, the mall features over 90 outlet stores offering discounts of up to 80% all year long. Shoppers can explore a wide range of international fashion brands like Adidas, Calvin Klein Jeans, Coach, Furla, Nike, and Puma. Beyond fashion, IMM caters to various needs with stores like Giant Hypermarket, Daiso, and Best Denki.

Food lovers will be delighted with the mall’s more than 50 dining options, including popular outlets like Hai Di Lao Hot Pot, McDonald's, and Burger King. Families can enjoy quality time at IMM Water Play, the children’s play area located at the Garden Plaza on Level 3, featuring both wet and dry play zones. Additionally, the mall is easily accessible thanks to its direct connection to the Jurong East MRT station via the J-Walk link bridge.

At present, IMM is undergoing a $48 million renovation as part of its Asset Enhancement Initiative (AEI), which began in 2024 and is expected to conclude by the third quarter of 2025. The renovation aims to elevate IMM as a premier outlet shopping destination by adding new stores, upgrading facilities, and enhancing the overall shopping experience. Renovation work on Level 1 is already underway, with new tenants set to open in late 2024. With its strategic location and upcoming infrastructure projects, such as the Rapid Transit System (RTS) connecting Woodlands North to Bukit Chagar (Johor Bahru, Malaysia Station), IMM is poised to attract even more visitors, solidifying its reputation as a key retail hub in Singapore and the region.
