How to make Porcupine Meatballs in Brown Gravy

Описание:
Ground beef, ground pork and Beef Rice-A-Roni meatballs, braised in brown gravy.
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef (85x15)
1 pound ground pork
2 packages (6.8 oz.) Beef Rice-A-Roni
2 large eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons granulated garlic
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2-4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce or to taste (I used 4 teaspoons)
6 cups Beef Broth or water
Cornstarch slurry, ¼ cup cornstarch and ¼ cup cold water, mix until there are no lumps.
Salt & Pepper to taste
