Ingredients
Meatballs ingredients
500 g (1.1lb) ground beef
2 Sliced bread crust off then cut or tear into smaller cubes
1/3 cup milk any type of milk would work for this recipe.
1/3 cup onion grated
1 tsp salt or as needed.
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp herb de provender
1 egg
2 tbsp olive oil or any other cooking oil
Gravy ingredients
450 ml low sodium beef stock or as needed
2½ tbsp flour
40 g butter
½ tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
½ tsp Cayenne pepper optional
