Bang Bang Chicken Meal Prep | 41g Protein | Sweet, Spicy, and Seriously Satisfying
This one hits all the notes — spicy, creamy, crunchy, and macro-friendly. With 41g of protein and only 495 calories per serve, this bangin' bowl is perfect for keeping your taste buds and your goals happy.

Ingredients
800g chicken breast
300g white rice (long grain, jasmine, or basmati)
1 cucumber
2 carrots
¼ red cabbage
3–5ml olive oil spray
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp each: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper
Bang Bang Sauce
100g mayonnaise
30g sweet chilli sauce
20g sriracha
10g honey
10ml lemon juice
Optional: 15–20ml water to thin sauce if needed
Instructions
Cook Rice: Rinse 300g white rice 2–3 times until water runs mostly clear. Cook according to packet instructions.
Prep Chicken: Flatten 800g chicken breast for even cooking, dice into bite-sized cubes.
Marinate: Lightly spray chicken with olive oil. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp soy sauce. Mix and set aside.
Make Salad:
– Shred ¼ red cabbage.
– Peel and julienne 2 carrots.
– Dice 1 cucumber into small cubes.
Combine in a bowl and set aside.
Bang Bang Sauce: Mix 100g mayo, 30g sweet chilli sauce, 20g sriracha, 10g honey, and 10ml lemon juice. Thin with a splash of water if needed.
Cook Chicken: Heat non-stick pan over high heat. Spray lightly with oil.
– Cook chicken in two batches, 2–3 min per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
Assemble: In 5 containers, divide cooked rice. Add chicken, salad, and drizzle with bang bang sauce.
Serving Tip: Best enjoyed fresh! If reheating, warm just the rice and chicken, keeping the salad cool.
