I found a place… not on any chart.
It doesn’t glow, it listens.
And somehow, I feel it was waiting.

Inside my helmet, I hear echoes of home,
my daughter’s laughter,
a hand I’ll never hold again,
a goodbye we didn’t know was final.

This place is beautiful.
Terrifying.
Not because I’ll die here,
but because I know I won’t return.

And yet, I stay.
Because maybe silence holds the answers
we could never ask out loud.

So if you hear this,
know this was my last goodbye.
And I left with my eyes open.
