Chicken tikka 🍗🔥
🧂 Ingredients:
🍗 Chicken leg quarters: 1 kg / 2 pounds
🥛 Dahi (yogurt): 1 cup
🍋 Lemon: 1
🧈 Butter: ¼ cup (melted)
🥭 Raw papaya paste: 2 tbsp or meat tenderizer: 1 tbsp
🧄 Ginger garlic paste: 2 tbsp
🧂 Salt: 1 tbsp
🌶️ Red chili powder: 1 tbsp
🌶️ Kashmiri red chili powder: 1 tbsp
🌶️ Red chili flakes: 1 tbsp
🌕 Haldi (turmeric) powder: 1 tsp
🌱 Bhuna pisa zeera: 1 tbsp (optional)
🌶️ Tikka masala (any brand): 2 tbsp
🌿 Garam masala: 1 tbsp
🍋 Tatri (citric acid): ¼ tsp

👨🍳 Method (oven version):
1️⃣ Marinate chicken 🍗 with all ingredients for at least 1 hour.
2️⃣ Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
3️⃣ Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
4️⃣ Arrange chicken on rack.
5️⃣ Bake 25–30 minutes until cooked.
6️⃣ Broil 3–5 minutes for BBQ char 🔥.
7️⃣ Give coal smoke (dum) for authentic BBQ aroma.
