While interacting with the fans gave her a major high, it was some emotional messages that left the Bhool Bhulaiyaa star almost in tears. Both the directors of the franchise - Priyadarshan & Anees Bazmee - laud Balan for her incredible commitment towards her craft, it is her idol Shabana Azmi's video message that left her extremely overwhelmed and in tears.
