But that approach often leads to Achilles pain, knee pain, or other running injuries.

In this video, I explain how runners over 40 can improve VO₂max without getting injured by building an aerobic base, adding smart interval training, improving running economy with strength training, and following a simple weekly training structure.

After nearly 10 years as a physical therapist and run coach, I’ve helped hundreds of runners improve their speed, endurance, and running performance while staying pain-free. I’ll walk you through the exact framework I use with my athletes.
