Here’s a quick and EFFECTIVE Back and Shoulders workout that you can do with dumbbells! I recommend having a light pair or dumbbells handy for some of the shoulder exercises! I’ll using 5-15 lbs in this workout.
A reminder to not push through any pain that isn’t just “the burn”! Form is your number one priority! Form FIRST! Then you can go heavier!
