The Reclining Buddha in Bangkok is housed at Wat Pho, one of the city’s oldest and most revered temples, located near the Grand Palace. This statue is one of the most iconic and largest Buddha images in Thailand.

The statue is 46 meters long and 15 meters high, making it truly massive and awe-inspiring.

Feet:
The soles of the feet are particularly detailed, measuring 5 meters long, and are inlaid with mother-of-pearl showing 108 auspicious symbols of the Buddha.

The statue is housed in a long, narrow hall. Around the statue are 108 bronze bowls, which visitors can drop coins into for good luck, each bowl representing one of the 108 auspicious characters.
