Mary Magdalene – aware healing

We shall speak of healing today, for you have the divine ability to heal yourself physically, mentally and emotionally.
The beloved has taught you the routine for programming your body to know it is a light body and functioning as the perfection that God created.

The mental is about letting go of the ego mind which never ceases trying to control your thoughts. When you catch it in full flow, stop and enter your heart where you consciously choose your divine mind and feel the love therein. This instantly clears the ego mind from your awareness.
When you judge yourself, others or situations, you have put your divine Self behind and need to forgive yourself from your heart space.

Thought precedes emotions and then emotions generate more thoughts until you are in a sorry cycle of unconsciousness.
To heal the emotions, we always counsel you to let them be fully present. No matter how painful they may be, do not split off. Make a conscious decision to give them to the Holy Spirit because you know they are not real. Be patient, for the light of God will always dissolve the suffering. Know that there may be many layers which will release one at a time as they surface into your awareness.

You see precious ones; you are divine beings which means you have the power of
God to heal anything and to create abundantly. All of this is achieved in your heart space. Divine mind creates and divine love in your heart propels your creation into being.

Whenever you feel down hearted, take note and ask “what is here now?” Then you feel it and can release with gratitude, for the learning, to the Holy Spirit.
It is a good idea to ask this question often, in order to find where you are centred. We rejoice with you when you immediately recognise that you are deeply embedded in love. That is your objective always, and as you pay close attention to what is here now, these periods will rapidly increase.
Loving yourself as you are in any situation is an important requisite for living as the love that you always are.

My life in the time of the holy family, had many peaks and troughs but always my heart love carried me through. You have the same ability as I did, for I was not created as anyone better than you. We are all one and completely equal. Bless you all my precious ones.
